What do I do in NFLRUSH Zone?
In NFLRUSH Zone (NFLRZ) you create an avatar and play games, explore the world and
chat with friends. You "level up" your avatar by earning "XP" when you play games, give Hi-5's and do other
fun things in NFLRZ. The more XP you have, the higher the level your Avatar will be and the cooler gear you
can get for your Avatar!

What are XP?
XP are "Experience Points" earned by playing and exploring in the NFLRZ. Gain them
by trying things like Hi-5's, playing games, visiting coach, discovering Gameballz, and more. Your XP
determine what Level you are.

What is a Level?
Your Level is what rank you are in NFLRZ. By earning XP points,
you can rise up the following Levels:
Training Camp (Level 1-10)
Rookie (Level 11-20)
Starter (Level 21-30)
All-Pro (Level 31-40)
MVP (Level 41-50)
Guardian (Level 51-75)
Legend (Level 76-100)

How do I Level Up faster?
Leveling Up is all about earning XP. The best way to earn XP faster is to get
cool gear items for your avatar that have XP multipliers. XP multipliers are on most pieces of gear and
give you bonus XP every time you earn XP. Look for gear with the highest XP multiplier!

How do I get new gear?
You go see Sir Needleman in the NFLRZ Shop!
Sir Needleman sells the best gear around. You can buy most gear for either Pigskins or Creditz, your choice.

What are Pigskins and Creditz?
Pigskins and Creditz are the two forms of money in NFLRZ. You use Pigskins and
Creditz in the NFLRZ Shop to get cool new Gear, Nameplates, Blasts and Gameballz for your avatar.

How do I get Pigskins?
You can earn Pigskins by playing
"NFLRZ Games" . Go play! You also earn
Pigskins by collecting your salary in
Coach's office every day and by visiting the
NFLRZ Bank to collect your interest. Look for secret ways to earn
even more Pigskins from promo codes that are given out through in-game scavenger hunts, by Rusherz and more.

How often is there new Gear in the Shop?
New Gear comes out every Thursday. We also run specials on other days.
Check the Shop and your
NFLRZ Mail every day to see if there

What is a code?
A code is a special word or phrase that you can find in the NFLRZ and use
it to collect a prize. You can find codes in your NFLRZ Mail, at the end of some games, from Rusherz,
at the end of Press Room chats and many other places around the NFLRZ. |

Where do I enter in a code?
To redeem a code and collect your prize, enter the code at the bottom of
the page on the right hand side. You will be sent to the NFLRZ Discovery Zone where you will collect your prize. |

What is a Player Card?
Your Player Card shows you your own player information. It also helps guide you
around in the NFLRZ. To see your Player Card, click on your Avatar in
any chat area. |

Where do I find the games?
Click "Games"
in the navigation menu bar at the top of every page. You can also play against another player by
clicking on them in any land. Click "Challenge" on the Player Card and then select the game you want to play. |

How do I play against another player?
Playing a game against another player in the NFLRZ is called a Challenge.
Select "Challenge" from another player's Player Card. Pick your game and if your opponent accepts your challenge...
it's Game Time! You can also challenge someone from your Team Stadium or
the Challenge Zone. In order to qualify for NFLRZ Bowl, you must have at least 6 well fed

What is PvP?
PvP means Player versus Player. It is a way for you to play live against another
player in the NFLRZ. PvP games include PvP Jump! Duck!, PvP No Guts No Glory,
PvP 40 yards of Insanity, PvP Flip Flop Football, PvP 4th and Inches, PvP Heave Ho and NFLRZ Bowl. |

What is a Hi-5? How do I give another player a Hi-5?
A Hi-5 is a way to be cool to other players. Click "Hi-5" on a player's Player
Card to give them one. Hi-5s increase your XP so give them out and other players will likely Hi-5 you back. |

What is a Super Hi-5?
You can receive a Super Hi-5 from Coach by completing all the items on your Player Card.
To find your Player Card, click on your Avatar in any
team land. Then complete the 5 items in the |

What is a Razz? How do you Razz another user?
A Razz is an in-game way of trash talking. Be careful, though! You better back
up your trash talk with some good game play. Razz someone by clicking the Razz button on their Player Card.
If you give them out, other players will likely Razz you back. |

How do I collect my salary?
Check out your Coach's office to get your salary. |

How do I collect my interest?
Go to the Bank in Central to collect your interest. |

How do I change what team I am on?
Go see the Coach to get traded to another team. |

How do I find Gameballz?
You can find Gameballz by locating the small glowing football icons throughout
the NFLRZ. You can also win Gameballz by finding secret codes around the NFLRZ or you can buy them in
the Shop. |

How do I feed my Gameball?
If you are lucky enough to find a Gameball, make sure you keep him well fed.
You can buy Gameball food in the cafeteria.
Keep them healthy and happy. They are the key to success in the multiplayer
NFLRZ Bowl. |

How can I show off my Gameballz?
You can show off your Gameballz by clicking on the Gameball icon in the chat
area of the screen. Choose the one you want to show off, and it'll follow you around while you're on the page. |

What are Rusherz?
Rusherz are guardians of the NFLRZ and the in-game characters in the NFLRush Zone.
Click on any character to see what they have to say. Rusherz give out helpful tips, advice, directions,
and sometimes they even give out secret codes for prizes. See if any are hanging out in
Central right now! |

What is a Blast?
A Blast is a special NFLRZ emoticon that you can use in chat. They are tons of fun
and you can get new Blasts in the NFLRZ Shop. |

The NFLRZ Times is a quick way to find out about all the cool happenings that go on
in the NFLRZ. Find out if your team won your weekly challenge, when the next NFL player chat is happening,
what new game or Gear is available, and tons more. You can find the NFLRZ Times

NFLRZ Mail is located in
your locker and includes news, tips and information about events like contests, scavenger hunts, and other
fun activities on the site. It's a good idea to check your mail every day to stay on top of what's going
on in the NFLRush Zone. |

What is the Press Room?
When guests such as real NFL Players show up in the NFLRush Zone, they always go
to the Press Room to be interviewed by you and the other players first. The Press Room is where all live,
real-time chats happen. It's a great place to talk to Torgogog, win some prizes, and find out what's going on.

We get thousands of questions and we do our best to get to them all. Not
every player's question gets selected for every live chat. |

To add a friend, click on "+Friend" button on their Player Card. You can
edit your friends list by going to the "Friends" tab inside your Locker. |

Champions Hall is a special wall for winners of the

What is a Team Challenge?
A Team Challenge is a weekly event. Your team will face off against another team and
the team that wins the most challenges wins the contest. To compete in the Team Challenge, click "Team Challenges"
button on your Player Card or visit your stadium
in your team land. The Team Challenge Schedule matches up with the NFL Season Schedule, so you can battle the
same team that your favorite team is facing each week. |

Contact us using the "Help" link on the bottom navigation bar. You can report bugs,
make suggestions, or report misbehavior to customer service. |
